Stay cut one day short but they got no help. Cold coffee. No coffee in the room. No cup. Place have full kitchen but no cooking ware.

No free breakfast

Hotel was fine but advertised as having free breakfast. After booking room received notice that breakfast was grab and go. Breakfast was 6 to9, at 8:20, only 1 granola bar and 2 envelopes of instant oat meal available, no coffee. Will never stay at extended stay again. Breakfast near by cost $60 for the 3 of us with tax and tip besides costing us 45 minutes in travel time

Improvements Needed

Overall good. Amenities and facilities need updating, maintenance and refurbishing. Fitness room equipment doesn’t work, microwave didn’t work, iron and tv work sometimes. Perhaps when cleaning rooms these things should be checked out on a checklist. Internet didn’t work with laptop to get on a work related Zoom meeting. No one could assist me. When calling front desk at night for help the young man didn’t know what to do and told me I was on my own!

Ok stay

Hotel is ok, I believe it said breakfast but I didn't see that. It says non smoking but the bathrooms and room smelled like smoke, seemingly coming thru the vents. The kitchen is convenient. My main issue was the bed. When you sit on the end of the bed, the top lift up. There isnt any real comforter on the bed, very thin throw type bedding. Heat worked well though. if you are checking out on a Sunday and want late check out, according to front desk they dont offer it on Sundays?. Overall it was ok for the pricing. There is also a gas station with a dunking donuts right next door.

This hotel is poorly managed. One example: On check in, the staff hands you a coffee maker. We discovered that ours had two used coffee pouches in it. Then we discovered that it didn't work. This type of issue reflects poorly on both employees and management.
