We found the staff to be excellent and dealt with our needs.
We were disappointed that the main dining area was closed due to renos but I think it will be great again once completed.

JC at the reception desk was amazing. Very friendly and engaging. Breakfast was good.

Hotel dining area was under construction. Breakfast was in a smaller meeting room. Staff were all friendly.

Good for a short night
Posted Mar. 12, 2024 on HotelsFriendly and fast front desk help when we arrived late and tired. Much appreciated! Pillows a bit lumpy. Breakfast was basic. Daughter got hot cocoa to go but the lid had no opening to drink from. She spilled on herself as she tried to remove the entire lid and drink.
