Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel. Rooms cramped and noisy. Bathroom very small and shower constantly blocked. No Wi-Fi in room available. Parking very hard to find nearby and expensive. Avoid!

The hotel was a great price for the location. Other hotels in the same area were quite expensive. The hotel could use some updating. The photos online showed a more modern look, but this was not the case. Also the hotel said it has 'free wifi' and it's only in the lobby. This made the lobby very crowded at times. With today's technology I was suprised at the slow connection.

Close to the Caldera spa and shops

This is a lovely large hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we found quite surprising was that the shower rose had to be hand held as there was no high fitting above the standard mixer but this didn't pose a problem for us.

good inside parking t a good rate at time of we paid 14 euro.a good breakfast and evening meals. we had a very nice stay for october

Decent hotel in a good location

Pros: Location
Location: Walking distance to the main shopping strip and the spa.
The rooms are OK but the lobby is very nice so a lot of people seem to hang out there. The only complaint would be that the internet was slow and spotty.
