I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

Strange but pleasant
Posted Apr. 9, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!

Good hotel with terrible wifi

Pleasant stay in a great location
Posted Oct. 25, 2021 on HotelsI stayed at this hotel for two nights and I had a pleasant stay. The room was big and clean - the service was great. The location was amazing as it was in walking distance to all the shops. I would definitely recommend and stay there again in my next trip to Andorra.

Posted Dec. 17, 2019 on HotelsGreat location, amazing buffet breakfast and lobby bar. On the down side, elevators are small and parking is 20 euros each night. Confy beds, clean room and nice bath with plenty of hot water.
