Nouveau design a revoir pour le confort

Les nouvelles suites de l’hôtel sont très design mais pas de confort. Le divan est vraiment dur et non confortable. Les matelas sont tres durs. Aucune commodité pour manger a la chambre . Pas de table et aucun espace pour travailler. Aucun coin pour la recharge d’appareils. Le fauteuil jaune prend de la place et c’est terrible comme assise. Les anciennes suites etaient beaucoup plus fonctionnelles.

The hot pools were NOT clean. The 4 we tried all had filmy bubbles and foam at the surface of the water, as well as an accumulation of gunk around the walls. We were there in the evening so I figured it was because many people who used it during the fay were wearing lotions and the body oils had caused all of it except the tubs were still dirty the following day when we used them. Just disgusting.

Loved everything about the property. The room was beautiful, spacious & clean. It had a microwave, plates, etc. We could bring our own food & just reheated it. The hot tubs were a bit crowded but I can understand why. The view was stunning & the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Can’t wait until next time.

Staff was terrible. We pay such an expensive amount to stay for the night the least they can do is have good staff and good customer service. Basically check out is at 11, but we were getting a massage at 12 and we asked if we can leave the room at 11:30 and they refused. We had to put our bag in a space that is not even locked! Everyone has access to it, very unsafe. Then we had until 10:30 to make it to the breakfast restaurant and they refused to let us in because it was 10:35… we thought that customer service was terrible and they really affected our stay and our enjoyment. We will not be revisiting this facility.
