Clean, neat, and friendly staff. The beds were hard, breakfast was meh, no ice on the half and half so some of them were lumpy. Juice machine was held shut with electrical tape. It was ok.

Bed bug found on comforter!

Check in was OK, but hotel smelled odd upon entering. The room was very tight. After being in the room for an hour or so we saw a bed bug crawl across the bed comforter so we put it in the sink & took a photo. I couldn't get past that to stay in the hotel. We asked for a refund. The gentleman at the counter tried to offer us a different room after requesting to see a photo but I told him we just didn't feel comfortable staying there so he agreed to refund our money. We went next door to another hotel & had a great stay.

Dirty room. Staff who doesn’t care.

The room was dirty. Food in the fridge. Bags of chips in the pull out couch. The room had not been vacuumed. Found multiple belongings of the last person who stayed. Went down to tell the guy working at the counter and he clearly did not care at all. We weren’t even trying to change rooms or anything like that we just wanted them to be mindful that the room was not cleaned and is acted as if he wasn’t even listening to us, just looking at his computer. I was not at all happy with the customer service or the cleanliness of the room. While the price was not terrible it was still money out of my pocket and I was not at all impressed.

The room was dusty and dirty. The dresser drawers would not stay shut and opened every time you walked past it. The "free breakfast" was less than desirable. No hot food, only what could be microwaved in the dirty microwave. Will not be staying here again.
