Mauvaise expérience

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, ils n'avaient plus de chambre, ils ont donnés notre chambre un membre Mariott même si nous avions réservés depuis plus de deux semaines. Ils m'ont quand même dédommagés en m'envoyant à un autre hôtel situé à 30 minutes de celui-ci.

No hot tub

The hotel is clean and good location for going to the arena or local spots. Down side was we'd reserved because it listed they had a hot tub but when we got there it was drained.

A bit....odd.

Overall, our stay was.....fine. The good: The bed was nice, shower was great (good water pressure, etc.), I think the staff was friendly (see below), room was clean. The bad: The room, by definition, had a window. It was 18" from a black wall. Literally could not see anything. Must have been a dead space room that they didn't want to lose money on. Was not ideal. Also, at check in, they had a DJ playing music on 11 right next to the customer service counter. I thought we were being punked or something. Could not hear a word she was saying. Again, really, really weird.

Booked hotel close to concert venue-that was great. Was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, but it was out of order.
