They said housekeeping service was available ONLY upon request and yet a maid entered my room several times during the week unannounced and unrequested. And there was a couple of days when hot water was not available for showering.

Carpet and upholstered chair in room were visibly dirty. Closet door stayed open because locking mechanism was missing; manager made aware and did nothing. Dirty washcloth left hanging in shower. Front desk evening staff and breakfast service staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff are AMAZING! Nick was the new team member and his trainer was so professional and accommodating! It’s sad to have such a great team and the facility in which they work is far from up to standard! Reno is definitely needed to match the team!

Llegando la puerta descargada no funcionaba con la tarjeta hasta que en el 3er intento bajando a buscar ayuda subieron a cargar la batería de la cerradura, la cama desatendida y la otra cama manchada de sangre tuve que bajar a reclamar y me dieron en mis manos el montón de sábanas y cobijas para que yo hiciera el trabajo de cambiarlas quede sin palabras, que feo de verdad el piso pegajoso y sucio gracias a dios solo fue 1 noche el desayuno patético ni los niños comieron todo mal sabor .

The staff were great. The room was okay. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and the room smelled like mildew. The night clerk was very apologetic and offered to move us and gave us clean sheets, but it was late and we didn’t want to move the kids to another room. Everything else seemed clean, the bathroom was spacious.
