Better than the photos!
Publié le 13 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. We absolutely adored the animals, they were such a treat to see. The place is quiet and secluded, and the views were spectacular. There’s tons of different fruit trees too. Better than we could have ever imagined! Thank you Dawn, for the beautiful memories.

Nice stay, lots of options for family activities within an hour's drive
Publié le 28 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayWe were pleased with our stay at the Mountain House at Morning Song Farm. It was a quality structure (this is no garage apartment) with original tile and other quality materials. It has huge windows with views of the hills and the sunset off to the right, and solid canvas curtains to block the morning sun. The spacing was a little tight with four of us (two in the living room), but we made it work and would do it again. The hot tub was a nice bonus that we ended up using everyday. It was a special treat to visit and feed the animals and we helped ourselves to unlimited kumquats from the nearby orchard. It was a quiet stay, very easy, and worth the trip to nearby sites. It seemed like the perfect getaway in the Spring, but I'm sure it's nice during other seasons also. We visited the beach, went strawberry picking, and saw some of San Diego - this is a great location off the beaten path.

Charming cottage house in beautiful farm valley.
Publié le 27 mai 2019 sur HomeAwayWe wished we could have stayed longer. Donna thought of everything. From fresh eggs to having the hot tub fired up when we arrived. We have family in the area and this will be our new home away from home when we visit.

Serenity
Publié le 18 janv. 2019 sur HomeAwayWe had such a magical stay at the farm in the Romantic mountain cabin. A home away from home with so much charm and peace and quiet. The private hot tub over looking the gorgeous mountainside was a dream. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Publié le 14 janv. 2019 sur HomeAwayI genuinely don’t want to say too much for fear of this secret getting out! Seriously though, this place is fantastic in every way.

Anniversary Get away
Publié le 13 sept. 2018 sur HomeAwayMorning Song Farm is such a wonderful place to stay and Donna, the owner, is so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help us on the next leg of our anniversary trip.
The one bedroom cabin was adorable and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and it was a special treat to have the farm fresh eggs, cream and butter in the fridge for our stay - along with other treats. The views are spectacular and it is so quiet and peaceful - a great place to unwind from city life. Be sure to stop and enjoy the Alpaca's, Chickens and baby chicks - they are all adorable.
Donna makes you feel right at home from the moment that you arrive and you feel like she is a longtime friend who has come to visit and enjoy her farm.
Thank you Donna for your help and we look forward to coming back and staying longer so that we can take advantage of all that you and your farm have to offer.
Thank you, Doug and Pam Dillon
