I checked in the hotel around 11p. However I did not go up to the room at that time because I was trying to be somewhere else by a certain time. I only got the room for the night to sleep and not drive home (an hour and 45 minutes away), drunk. When my friend and I got back to the hotel we went up to the room for the first time. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room was cold because the window had been left open, and we could not get the heat to turn on. So we go back downstairs and let the person at the front desk at the time know. She said she had to check the room herself before she could do anything. She came back 10-15 minutes later and stated she couldn’t do anything because she got the heat working. She also stated it was MY fault because I didn’t go up to the room when I checked in. I let her know it didn’t matter what time I checked in, the window should not have been open when I got there and the room should not have been cold! She tried to argue back and forth with me. I took the keys back from her and told her to have a good night a couple of times while she was trying to argue with me. We went up to the cold room and waited for it to warm. The next morning the room was warm but the bathroom was cold (not sure if the heat was working in there. We then headed out to leave to find the hallway smelling now like marijuana. The cleaning staff were friendly. But the experience of the room and the staff was terrible. I doubt I stay at a red roof again.

Very uncomfortable place to sleep at roaches was everywhere around the room .. stains in couch ugh couldve been better but never again check in at 3:45am check out at 6am

Roaches everywhere. Nightclub next door loud music till 3am. Asked to have room changed to other side so i would not hear the music so much around 11pm, staff said they are full and no room available but they had a room on first floor cause i walked my dog at 10pm can see the room was not filled same room empty in morning so staff just doesnt care. Place is just awful, just terrible.

No hot water, roaches, and a crazed man screaming and raising his fists to the clear at 445 in the morning. Worst place I’ve stayed in quite some time.

Entered Hotel and was greeted with a bad smell in the Lobby. A large bug was crawling around the floor and it was just dirty everywhere. Our room was just as bad if not worse. There where stains in the sheets bedding toilet was dirty and it smelled of mold. They would also not refund our stay as we decided to leave and booked somewhere else.

Checked in over the holidays. Saw roaches in the bathroom. The staff checked me into another room where they said it was just cleaned but had socks from the last guest and bugs along the window. I booked for 2 days but only stayed that night because I was tired from driving.
