Simple but ok

Simple. Ok for 1 night. Cost of the airport shuttle is prohibitive for a 5mn drive. Bus (line66), 15mn walking distance is perfect. No or few Uber…

unfriendly staff (met outside - i went to reception - she did not bother to attend a guest - had to request again to let us check-in. Dirty Bathrooms (smells urine). Airconditioning was not working at all. Tea coffee in the rooms was not ample. only 2 for 4 guests.

Hotel disappointment

The worst stay of my family vacation. My son went to the reception and they did not have sheets or pillows for my son's cot. The cot could not stand up because its legs were damaged. The power went out in that part of the hotel at 02:00 am and they did not solve it until 07:45 am without being able to open a window because it was raining and the problem was a breaker and nobody knew. Talk to the Manager and he is a pushy and arrogant person. The person at the reception agreed to give me a credit for the bad time and what they gave me was $25.00 credit. I could really go on saying a lot more about the bad experience at Campanille but it's not worth it, only if I can tell you NOT to waste your time talking to the MANAGER if he has any situation because he's not going to solve them. Thank you very much for such bad service and professionalism......

Dear Fabian,Thanks for your feedback just to highlight few point :- You checked in at 18h16 and I'm pretty sure if you notice something wrong on your room you will come straight to the reception. We could have arrange an other room, or as our housepeeking team is still on shift untill 19.00 could have fixed the bed matter. But of course if you complain the morning after your night its hard to fix.- You are right, the power went down due to a big storm, and you are also right than a breaker shut down the whole property. The staff on duty managed to put back the power on 2 building but not on the third one. except at 6.45 am. This building was full of guest by the way and very few customers complained about the matter. For those who did, they were comprehensive, and didnt even ask for something. they were nice and spoke to the staff including me gently. For instance, we offered some breakfast for people who were impacted on this night.- I'm definetly not pushy nor arrogant dear Fabian, you just didnt let me explain what happen, and you were so convince we let people without electricity in one building on purpose than i didnt have anything else to tell you... Especially when you asked for a full refund. Its not how it works and once again, nobody left the property unsatisfied that morning except you.- The person at the reception who agreed for à 20% discount was me. Not so bad for a pushy and arrogant manager ? And of course i couldnt agree on a full refund you requested so hard because you use the room from 18.00 to 09.00 am roughly with thats true once again no power for 5 hurs in the middle of the night.I wish you all the best for your next travel and stay around the world. Warm and kind regards

The property was good in terms of premises but the breakfast was too poor in terms of diversity of items. There was nothing much to eat except some sweets and natural juices.

We were not aware of the fact that the hotel is already in France. No Uber of close-by Geneva public transport was therefore available and for the short distance to the airport the taxi fare amounted to a ridicously high 40 Euro.
