OK for a night

On first impressions the hotel is good - great location and spacious rooms, we were upgraded to a large room with jacuzzi spar. Its the detail that lets this hotel down - the TV was about 30 years old and was almost impossible to work, there was hair on the floors in the room and the shower bracket was broken so had to hand hold the shower. The WIFI was the other are that let this down very hit and miss. Breakfast was ok however flies around all the cheese and ham was quite off putting. We only stayed one night and for £60 to visit Hisaronu and get your head down its ok but dont expect greatness - the furstration is alot of this would be easily remedied

I likes the hotel over all if you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from city center and sea. Easy check in and nice reception staff, room and swimming pool which located in the middle of the hotel. Stayed for one night only and left early because we had ferry that is why we had no chance to see the breakfast. Our stay was on Sunday, the hotel had a BBQ musical party on the pool. We have been told be one of the receptionist it cost 700 tl per person. When we go later to the site to make a reservation, they told us it is 650 tl per person!!! And they charged us for soft drinks later while it was supposed to be included in dinner! The most annoying thing was the noises after the party ends. Some of customers stayed there till 1 am laughing and talking loudly which prevented us from having a sleep. And the worst part was the fight and yelling which happened after, between the staff ( as they told us next day) in the pool area and we kept awake till 2:30 am as noises come closer to our floor. I am wondering if it between staff members, why did they keep fighting near our rooms ?!!! At check out they want to charge us for 2 orange juice which we did not order.

In a great place with lots to offer, breakfast is lovely, and the hotel has a nice pool area. Staff are pleasant, however our checkout was for 2pm as per Expedia, but on arrival and checkout day they advised it would be 12pm which wasn't great as we were staying for 1 night.

No information provided on arrival other than food times. Not enough sunbeds. Being told you could keep your room on and at the last minute thrown out of your room. Lovely looking hotel but not impressed with the services provided

Simply the best

The Ocean Blue is the best hotel I have every stayed in that's why I return with my extended family 2-3 times every year. The staff have become like family especially Ali, Mehmet and Ozcan. 10/10 overall

The room was dirty the service want all that breakfast wasn’t clean at the buffet and unfriendly staff they were Shouting to pick up the food and I don’t think I would want to stay there again
