A combination of friendly and attentive staff (any small issues are addressed immediately), a really nice property (including pool), comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. City centre 10-15 minute walk and easily reached by public or private transport. The hotel is on a busy road but sound insulation is excellent. The beds are firm but comfortable. Highly recommended.

Sandy, Eda and Nico at reception and the wonderful lady at breakfast bar were really nice and pleasant. If you are planing to visit Florence, this is the place to stay. Close to attractions and very comfortable home away from home.

Posted Nov. 27, 2023 on HotelsLovely modern apartmenthotel. We liked the modern apartment -very clean, and no problems. The pool and roof terrace are great! We used the kitchen, which was useful. Convenient for walking to the sights. The reception was friendly, and helped with a taxi etc.

The valet parking and front desk staff were the highlights of our stay. Extremely convenient and helpful, they even already had our car ready for our checkout time without us needing to ask. It is a 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. One thing was we didn't find the bed comfortable, it was very hard but that may just be our personal preference. Overall a great stay, the rooftop patio has incredible views of Florence.

Unfriendly staff. after checkin isssues
With room that never got
Resolved. Dirty linen. Staff unfriendly. Would not recommend. Bad communication from staff. Took photos after checkin as place filthy. Rooms are so warm. Shower gels empty. Toilet roll none. Staff don’t resolve.

The customer extended his stay by one night, at the end of which he demanded not to pay, otherwise he would have given a bad review.Upon departure, the maid noticed that the duvet and mattress cover were missing from the room, and the room was completely dirty with feces, even on the pillows (we have photos). When we asked for it back he started shaking and stuttering (I think he was on drugs), so we gave him a 20% discount to keep him calm, but apparently this wasn't enough to stop him from putting the plan into practice his threat of a bad review. We have a very good review score, and I'm very disappointed to have it ruined by this kind of person.
