Nice hotel stay

Comfy bed. Near to train station. Strong wifi. Friendly staff. Marco was very helpful. Good breakfast spread. Highly recommended.

Overall a good hotel, newer and upgraded. Breakfast was great, nice spread. Location was good as well, it is about a 8 min walk from the train station. It is a bit far from the historic area, but you can still walk. There is a tram that you can use as well. Clean facilities.

The check-in staff was very helpful and professional, and the room was outstanding - comfortable, modern and quiet! The train station is about a 8 minute walk, but a a closer tram will get you there even sooner.

they failed to fix a broken toilet in our room after 4 separate requests.. They said it was inconvenient for them to call a plumber on the weekend. They said they would issue us a partial refund, which we agreed to. They never sent a refund. They had us change rooms and told us it was an upgrade. It was not. Same as our first room. In addition to terrible service and lying about the refund, they are in a bad neighborhood well out of the city center and right on major railroad line which made it very noisy

Enjoyed our stay

Great breakfast, clean, and comfortable rooms. The buses were a little noisy but not too bad. I would stay here again. Reasonable price and good location. We walked everywhere
