This was a great location and friendly staff. Only issue was we could hear a lot of music and voices from other apartments.

Great location, older property
Posted Oct. 20, 2023 on HotelsGreat location near the train station. Older property, stayed in an apartment. Difficult to find appropriate power points for international adaptor they are mainly 3 prong, found one 2 prong adaptor in the kitchenette. Very helpful customer service, we wanted to leave our luggage early to go on a day trip to Pisa and they were able to accommodate even though it was 630am.

First time at Florence
Posted Sep. 15, 2023 on HotelsIt is little difficult to find the hotel because it’s inside of a big door that was closed during business hours. Have to use an antique key yo enter the room. The hotel bathroom shower is very small that not easy to move around when we shower. Noise from upstairs until midnight and early starting at 6. When we complained the hotels staffs said they don’t owe the upstairs properly so they can’t do much about it. I would rate this hotel 2.5.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and hotel location is good easy to access to the train terminal

Dear Guest,the reviews are a useful way to describe an experience, and we really appreciate both positive and negative criticisms. We have the opportunity to improve ourselves with constructive criticism, but your review doesn't reflect the reality.We are on Via Faenza which is a central street and there is a big door to enter, we keep the door closed in order to give more privacy at our cozy place.Each apartment has an armored door, the armored doors have a key that is neither abnormal neither giant, it is larger than an ordinary key.The showers in each unit are regular size standard showers, they are not mini showers.Regarding the noise, the owner herself felt sorry for it and she left you her mobile number to contact her at any time. We are able to intervene in case of problems at any time (the emergency numbers are always communicated at check-in). The score you gave us does not reflect the service and structure you found. We wonder if perhaps you misunderstood our answers, but the ticket with Mrs. Carla's personal number was received by you with a witness at her side, who is our reception manager.Best Regards from a working team made by people loving their jobs and the guests' satisfaction

Great experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were close to everything we wanted to do. We would stay again, thank you.

The property was close to everything in the area, very close by the train station. The staff was very accommodating for a late check in.
