Rooms and property are great and have been staying there for almost 10 years. Never disappoints. Perfect location and great staff.

This is the fourth hotel we’ve stayed in the very immediate area. This place had an actual bathroom door which was a nice feature. The place was overall a good experience. Staff were friendly enough and place was clean. Negatives? Hot tub wasn’t really all that hot. Poolside spaces were very limited if anyone cares about that. You will be lucky to get a place in the afternoon. Also, a long wait in store if you get there much earlier than check in time. With all that being said, I didn’t get a wow factor but that’s not detrimental at all. We would stay there again !!!

Loved the room and view from the balcony. It was the perfect location for my friend and I to do our getaway weekend. Staff was very helpful at the front desk, pool, and beach.

I believe the employees along with there customer service makes or breaks a hotel. My view on the Hilton has changed drastically due to the absolutely rude front desk at check out and the front desk while staying there. Forget going to the pool as a guest you have to pay to lay in a chair yes as a paying staying guest you have to pay money to lay in a chair at the pool !! This hotel was the equivalent as staying at an airport Hilton or any other 3 star hotel. Please do not waist your money! Also, if you book through Expedia you can forget about getting the actual room you booked. We booked a king bed and received 2 queens because our room was booked. Booking through Expedia puts you low on the totem pole they give all there good rooms to guest who book directly!!! Pay $200 more and stay at the four seasons next door!!

To be clear, pool chairs are available to our guests free of charge. We do have cabanas available for rent which do carry an additional fee. Also, know that no matter which platform you choose to book with, our team will always try to accommodate you in your room of choice, though, to your point, there are instances where inventory offered through third-party booking companies does not align with our on-site availability which can create the need for adjustments. It is a great place to stay and convenient to restuarants nearby. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.
