Les photos avant notre réservation etaient beaucoup plus belle que la chambre, endroit assez malpropre pour le prix

Me encantó, al principio me asusté por las opiniones, pero hay que mirar por uno mismo, no una suite, pero está acogedor y una de las cosas que más me gustó es lo cerca tiene el mar, volveré a visitarlo

The property was in a nice location. However, the lobby staff was rude and impatient and there was an unexpected large fee for parking. The property does not have control of this, but the other clientele was very shady, and it did not feel safe. Would not stay there again.

Staff are rude, not helpful, hidden fees with check in and no mention of expensive overnight parking. The property is not well kept, food is old. Looks like a bunch of little apartments clustered together and they routinely oversell the property. AC units were leaking and broken and rooms were disgusting.

Poor service

Hotel location is good, near beach and restaurants. Renovated rooms but fairly rough around the edges. Good amenities in rooms, including kitchenette. Service is lacking. I had message from hotel via hotels.com unequivocally confirming early check in charge which I was prepared to pay. Front desk staff would not honour the terms and said charge was almost double the quoted rate. Hotel must honour its legal obligations and indeed a good hotel will go beyond that. This cost is many hours as we were not given a room until well after 3 pm.

Needs improvement

The customer service was good and quick The condition of the Bed in the room needs Improvement,The layout of the room needs improvement also (toilet cover needs changing and add more towels and wash cloth). The cleanliness of the room was good

A night of hell

Where do I start, attitudes above all, communication was unpleasant, refuse to give me receipt I left 2 days early due to ER n they refused to reimburse me for my money, they said it was on the paperwork which they never gave me a copy nor explain, their answer was”you should’ve read it “ I so you didn’t even mentioned or was never hi lite it on the paper work, that means I have 2 more days of hell to go back to, very noisy, doors are ver hard to close or open, so every time someone opens a door or close you get woken up, the laundry room was next to our room let’s just say I thought someone was gonna come thru the wall, or the pipes no sleep at all. They said the beds are queen size , no more like full size with a hole in the middle, the only advantage is, they are walking distance to the board walk n the beach.
