I've stayed at this property a few years back when it wasQuality Inn & Suites. This time around now that it's changed owners things are TERRIBLE!! First of all, I was mislead by their property amenities stating that breakfast is available. Upon checking in I found out that they no longer have the breakfast buffet and the hotel itself is in the process of transitioning into a leasing unit. Which explain why the hotel itself looked so run down and unkept. The room was terrible! The ceiling was moldy and showed signs of leakage. The bathroom looked old and dirty. The tv worked for all but a few mins and then it cut out. At some moments I did not feel secure in this hotel mainly because of the surrounding tenants and not knowing what to expect from persons leasing out the units. I wish I was able to cancel and stay next door to the Hampton Inn; it's literally a paradise compared to this place. Also, there's no front desk service after 7pm and before 6am. If I'm an international customer arriving after those hours without access to a phone what allows international calling, how on earth would I be able to call the Hotel security to be checked in or if I had an issue? Save your money and spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. This place should not be opened as a hotel anymore; it's just terrible. 1/10 would not recommend and the 1 is only because I made it out alive and well.

Worst hotel experience ever. The "nightly, weekly, and monthly rate" sign out front was the first clue that this place is "different." First room they gave us didn't have sheets, the pillows were strewn about on the beds, the trash can was on top of the sink, no soap, etc. Tried to cancel and go somewhere else but after-hours security guard for check-in couldn't give us a refund and Travelocity kept mysteriously disconnecting. Other hotels around were too expensive (though in retrospect I wish I'd just gone somewhere else first) so we asked for another room. The guy had to go around and look at all the rooms in the building to see whether any were actually available and cleaned. We finally received one, though the general condition of the room was subpar to say the least. There wasn't even a shower curtain! Just avoid this place. Unclean and unsafe.

Chosen for proximity to Hard Rock Casino Seminole. Our room was as expected for the price. I recall the bedding felt like sandpaper and I felt like the facility was being used as long term housing for many families. There were no vending machines. We checked in after hours with the maintenance man who was dealing with an irritated customer when we arrived. Overall it was just ok. I probably would not stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel staff was terrible and the location/situation that followed after checking in was awful. They gave us a dirty, king room- once getting to the room we found out the door didn’t even latch shut so we had to wait an hour to have maintenance not be able to figure out how to fix it, and we were out a place to stay. The staff did nothing for us to help find us an alternative or give a refund. Thankfully I booked with Expedia or I wouldn’t have seen that money again. What a waste of time and money. This place is a joke.
