Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach

2 bedroom condo is incredible. Clean and spacious. Extremely pleased with communication.

Perfect Location
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEasily accessible and everything you'd want in a getaway. Great pool and pool lounge area. Phyllis was welcoming and responsive to all of our wants and needs. We loved that you could park and walk everywhere. Deerfield Beach is a hidden gem.

It was lovely & 2 blocks from the beach. Only problem: my daughter doesn't like elevators & the stairs were inaccessible from the street level. The owner of the condo was wonderful. Had an issue with the air conditioning & she fixed it right away. We had an amazing vacation. Would definitely use VRBO again.

Winter Break
Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have visited Deerfield Beach several times over the years during the winter and this is the second time we have stayed in this building. The location is great since it is within a very short walking distance to the beach and several good restaurants and shops, but not in the middle of traffic and noise. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in the gated garage although we did not need to drive to very many places because of the central location. Publix (and Starbucks!) is a 5 minute drive across the bridge for you to pick up groceries.
The pool in this complex was the perfect temperature and never crowded or noisy since there are only about 12 units in the building. Very relaxing.
This unit is on the top floor allowing for stunning sunset views from the west facing balcony. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. Phyllis was immediately responsive to any questions we had.
We would love to stay here again.
