After being checked in an hour and a half later, our room did not look like what we booked. Husband’s birthday ruined. Horrible staff. Does not communicate effectively with their colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction. We were woken up by banging at 2am being told by a lady in all black and security that we need to move because we were in the wrong room. We moved right away with no help to a room with stains all over the sheets. 10am we made front desk aware that my husbands watch was in the room along with toiletries which they stated housekeeping didn’t retrieve. Now has been shipped because after my relentless calls they finally “found” it. We were offered two different compensations among multiple incidents. However, there is only record of one. Another example of communication among staff falling short. As a hotelier I am extremely disappointed. Beautiful property, amazing location and careless staff with the exception of one gem. Giselle. The only one at the Circ that cares about your guest. As it stands, I won’t return. Be blessed!

The room was dirty. There was black mold in the shower and the floors and counters were dirty. The room did not look as it did in the pictures. The valet parking was great. Very responsive and polite. I did not see a hotel employee my entire 2 day stay.

Worst shower ever!!!! Housekeeping for a charge ! Nice area close to restaurants and beach not to far! Clean rooms tho .

“Upscale” hotel, don’t recommend, staff at hotel restaurants were rude and were only by reservation, even the rooftop bar they promote. Bathroom door was broken and nobody ever came to fix. We let them know through the app all of our concerns but were met with the restaurants are separate from hotel. Other than that I will not be staying for the price I paid.
