My only complaint is the terribly uncomfotable couches you have in the rooms.

I found the location of the property good. We were able to Uber to quite a few different locations and beaches and the Expo west. We were put right but the entrance around the back. People in and out at all hours very loud. There are gaps under doors so you hear everything. People would smoke right in front of the glass door and our room would smell like cigarettes. The bathroom had no fan so the ceiling was peeling and had mildew on it from water condensation from previous people. The pictures on the listing do not show the actual state of the rooms. The location is right by a highway so you hear traffic most hours as well.

The property was good, rooms were clean and spacious. Price was reasonable for a weekend. I didn’t like that there was a parking fee at check in and wasn’t mentioned during my booking through Expedia. Good staff.

Took 2 hours & 45 mins to get checked in / horrible customer service / front desk staff didn’t know how to properly check me in & take my security deposit kept wanting to run my card multiple times & over charge me. I showed him my email that the payment went through. He proceeded to have me sit down while he helped others check in. The next day the same situation I went through 4 others were going through the same process & lobby was left unattended & reservations were canceled due to incompetent staff practices. Horrible never will come here again or recommend this hotel.
