It was a decent place to stay with friendly staff & sink outside bathroom. The bathroom fan was noisy & breakfast was all carbs except yogurt and milk. The accessible room didn't have a bar to hold while getting in & out of tub.

The room was clean and tidy but the furniture was inadequate and in poor shape and the photos showed a chair and ottoman and there was only the bed to sit on...??? The refrigerator froze the fruit and sodas which was also disappointing... Our receipt at checkout showed we were billed for $127.00 but our bank account was billed for $177.00???

Thank you for staying with us. The room charge was for 127.65 with a refundable deposit of 50 (177.65). When you checked out the deposit was released. Your financial institution may take a few days to process it. The refrigerator has been adjusted to a lower temperature. We are currently in year 2 of our remodel/refreshing of the property and are patiently waiting on delivery of new furniture for all of the guest rooms. Please check back. We'd love to have you stay with us again!

On the outside it looks really nice and remodeled. Even the room itself looked remodeled and really nice. However, it smelled terrible. The bathroom ceiling was covered in rusty residue and the bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The also didn’t have any lamps at all. You had to turn the light off at the door then fumble your way in the dark to the bed or use your flashlight on your phone.

We're sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. You checked in to the hotel (using a local address) at 4:00pm and checked out at 11:00pm on the same day. You requested a refund for a room that you had used for 7 hours. Hotel policy states no refunds will be issued after check-in and we do not do same day cancellations of reservations. You signed that you agreed when you registered.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had!

Started with making reservations, to a very rude front desk person to black mold, bugs, beds that had been urinated on and were still wet, live worms in the hallway, exposed wires, outlets with covers, and smelly. We didn’t even stay! Checked out the same night we arrived.

Hello,We see that you had your reservation for the October 14 for 1 night at Super 8 Frankfort, IN. We see that you have call the property and cancelled your reservation on October 9th. We have not bill you anything. We see you didn't even check in at this hotel Super 8 Frankfort, IN. Please check which hotel you are reviewing. I think you had wrong hotel reviewed here.
