Decent hotel, dodgy area
Posted Feb. 13, 2024 on HotelsBeware of the area, it’s close to the train station but very dangerous. A lot of homeless and street drug problems.

The place is very noisy with no minimum sound insulation. I am relatively an easy sleeper but the noise from outside was too much. I have to say this is the only 25hrs hotel that felt underwhelming

The property was a hidden jewel. We were pleasantly surprised. Great, unique, fun and funky rooms. Pleasant staff. Modern. Elaborate decoration in the lobby and rooms. Loved it.
The area outside the hotel has people peeing on the street corners and sleeping in doorways.

The only good thing is the breakfast and the free mini bar. Excellent.
The area around the hotel is dangerous with open drug dealing, drug trafficking, violence and prostitution. I have never seen anything like it.
