This hotel was excellent!!! Very roomy , functional , clean , and the furniture was in new like condition . Whether it is a one night stay or multiple days , Hotel 2 is winner. And I am a frequent traveler , averaging 140 overnights per year. I’ve seen good and bad . You won’t be disappointed. Pet friendly is what swayed me to try Hotel 2.

Terrible communication, don't stay here.

I showed up to check in 30 minutes after check in opened to be told my reservation has been cancelled. I had no call, email, text, or voicemail from them staying that. 1500 miles from home and no place to stay. The desk lady was not very helpful and said this is common to be overbooked and cancel the third party booking and charge more too the people who call direct. The manager wouldn't even come out of the office to talk. Multiple guests came down and reported problems with their runs while I was trying to get stuff sorted out. Phones not working and TV's that were missing. Hotels.com worked with me and got us in at Hotel Eleo and comped the difference. We had an awesome stay there, would not recommend Hotel2 Home Gainesville.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and the rooms are great. I travel with my mom and the room is perfect for her needs (accessible bathroom, extra spacious room for her walker)... i will definitely go back
