Very good value for the price. I read many negative reviews here but you get what you pay for. People shoud rate based on what is expected. This is the least expensive hotel in Gainesville. If you want a 10 star experience go across the street to Staybridge Suites but you'll pay 3 times the price!

By and large a good experience. It was clean and quiet. Room phone was inop and clerk had no replacement. He did, however, replace the tv remote which was having an issue. All in all a good value at my price point.

Lack of staff place

To start with nobody’s is at front desk most of the time, not a family friendly place at all you can smell marijuana everywhere 24/7 people sitting in the hallway smoking

Terrible Night

Stayed for one night- wish we would have stayed the down the street. A bunch of drunks on the property. Would not stop banging on the hotel room door at 2:00 am…then screaming in fighting in our hallway which moved to the parking lot on the property. Someone was sleeping in the hallway and down in the lobby which was very uncomfortable. Not to mention how badly the rooms smelled. I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy. Do NOT stay here if you want a good nights rest.
