The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice.

Publié le 25 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayExactly what I expected.as far as the place, Very pretty and quiet area and we got daily visits from a family of bears. Very cool. The floor is pretty unlevel but not a deal breaker. I would stay again if ever back in Gatlinburg. There is even a small Market just down the road and a pizza place that serves pretty decent pizza.
Check in was friendly and very easy. .

Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayI’d say this place is pretty okay. Had contacted the property manager bout having the chalet dusted at least, but never got a response. Arrived pretty late and place was comfortable for being a cabin (obviously dont expect such a elegant cabin). It gives the rustic, country vibe my family adores. Would’ve appreciated some sort of response other than just a automated confirmation message about check in and check out information. would consider getting this place if its just friends or a small group reunion. Overall, not a bad place to be at.
