Excellent location, hotel was pristine and staff were helpful and friendly. The Grill restaurant was amazing.

Nice and convenient 5 star hotel. It's all nice, but a little outdated, maybe remodeling, especially the lobby, would be a real upgrade to this already established palace in Geneva

The bath had paint marks and was not resolved during my stay. I had to phone to get the iPad working and we were not offered free city bus tickets. Breakfast tea was not great either. I have stayed there many time before under kempinski and standard was better then. Will consider alternative next time. For 5 stars hotel small details count.
