Bel hôtel mais vieillot et service moyen
Publié le 22 sept. 2022 sur HotelsEn arrivant à l’hôtel nous étions en exclusivité gold mais malheureusement le Receptioniste ne savait même pas de quoi on parlait. Donc aucun avantage.
Nos bagage on mis plus d’une heure à monter. Quand je les ai appelé, on m’a prier de descendre à la réception car ils avaient confondu une couverture roulée avec Un speaker Bluetooth. Ils étaient confus. Mais ça m’a contrarié et j’ai monté mes valises moi même.
La climatisation était tellement vielle et manuelle que c’était impossible à régler.
Le balcon était beau mais aucune chaise dans un balcon sur le Nil.
La navette est trop cher 97 dollars US juste pour un aller à l’aéroport. Moquette sale avec plein de taches (voir les photos ci-joint).

Piscine magnifique
Publié le 31 oct. 2021 sur HotelsChambre un peu vieillotte qui n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles européen, nous avons un peu été déçus. Cependant la piscine est magnifique, avec une incroyable vue sur le Nil. Également accès au jaccuzzi et au Hammam très appréciables.
Les tarifs au sein de cet hôtel sont extrêmement élevés par rapport aux prix du Caire en général. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en chambre, 17€ par personne pour pas grand chose, de qualité médiocre. J’ai largement préféré manger dans des quartiers plus populaires et typiques.

Great experience
Publié le 9 avr. 2021 sur HotelsThe hotel is very well located, with a beautiful view on the Nile. The service and the team is very welcoming and helpful. The team on the swimming pool such as Ahmed, Zainab, Mahmoud and others are so sweet and want to make your trip the best. The decoration in the hall is amazing, but too bad the decoration in the room is not that well taken care of. But overall, I totally recommend.
