Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Struttura bella e pulita. Cibo ottimo. Posizione strategica della struttura per visitare Pescasseroli e posti simili molto folcloristici nel periodo natalizio.

The Restaurant is 4-star, the hotel not really
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HotelsI have seen better equipped hostels than this 4 star hotel. There were no tooth brushes, no tooth paste, no shampoo nor conditioner offered. There was also no bathtub despite getting one of the pricier rooms. The spring mattresses seem quite old, the pillows were comfortable though. The air conditioning was not working well either.
The breakfast consisted of many sweets and biscuits (typical Italian), cornflakes, toast, sandwich cheese and some ham. There were no fruits or vegetables, not even eggs offered in the morning.
The staff though was very welcoming and caring. They took your orders and prepared your drinks. The coffee they use is excellent. The restaurant food is amazing and everyone is working hard to provide excellent service.
TLDR
The hotel is ok, the service is great, the food excellent, even if not balanced/healthy.

Nice size room, and great views from the balcony
Amazing food, will stay again when down that way.
