Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience.

Very unique property that made us feel very serene. We ended up staying here for just one night due to regional “quiet day” but we really wanted to stay longer as we had such a great overall experience.
We will definitely come back when we visit Bali again.

Exceptional staff!
Posted Dec. 9, 2022 on HotelsThe highlight of our trip were the people who worked at Munduk! The beautiful pool, coffee plantation tour, large rooms and nighttime music + bonfires were the cherry on top!
The staff is exception from the grounds crew to the cleaning staff to the restaurant waiters. Do yourself a favor and chat with the amazing and friendly staff to get the full Bali experience! Thank you / Suksma Tuta, Supriawan, Kariasa, Su su (sumadi), Dipa, Chef Sri, Leo, Murda, Aditya, Anggun (Jo Jo), Irvan, Ariawan, Wira, the entire front desk team and anyone else at Munduk we might have missed!
