We were lied to about WiFi. At check in we were told the WiFi was down but was called into their IT and it would be 4 hours before it came up. The next morning we were told by another front desk person the WiFi had been down all week. The Manager at checkout said the problem was a blocker on my phone? But he was I unable to show me . There was smoking in the hallways on Friday night that flared my asthma. Just a bad stay and poor Management. Stay clear of this hotel.

A decent stay, I wasn’t able to get sound on certain channels on the TV

Love this place

This is the second tine staying here when we come into this area. And we will continue to stay here everytime. Its a great place to stay. It certainly is not the fanciest of places but the customer service is top notch. The employees from check in, to cleaning to the breakfast set up are amazing. You wint be disappointed.

The staff was friendly, but our room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed, broken curtain, drawers wouldn’t stay closed, hair on the shower walls and toilet paper was open and partially used. At least 50 people in the pool area with 30 kids running, pushing each other and no towels in site. Hotel was decent, but dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. Apart from all of this, the women working breakfast during our stay was wonderful! So sweet and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago when my child was 1 or 2, it was difficult then due to no elevator, carrying all things baby and my own un and down stairs. But our stay was nice and quiet, we really didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep. This visit was definitely different! My son absolutely loved the pool, able to swim anywhere in the pool with his arm floaties since pool isn’t more than 5 ft deep. Goes from 3ft-5ft and it was also very clean. Public pools creep me out so that made me very happy. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain and the toilet didn’t work and the a/c, heat system didn’t work either. Of course I called the front desk and the lady helped me over the phone fix the a/c, heat system, the shower curtain I forgot to ask about but the toilet did get fixed, the following day. The room was clean enough and we slept very good. Thank you

Worst stay ever we had no privacy we asked for a room away from noise and other people because they were rude and put us right next to laundry room

Hello, thank you for staying with us. It looks like you booked a king room on the first floor. Our king rooms are down the hall by the laundry room. Most have been booked up with longer staying guests. I am not understanding the no privacy, all of our rooms are private, and our housekeeping do not enter the rooms during your stay unless it is every third day, and only upon request. As for the being away from other people, we cannot exclude people from being around you. We have the king wing down that hallway as well as some of our handicap accessible rooms, and most of those have been booked up with other guests. If you would like to clarify your review please give us a call directly and we would be happy to speak with you.

Hello, I am sorry you feel you were treated poorly. When we have a guest fraudulently try and pay for a room with a CLC card that was no longer active for well over a year we take that seriously. This was confirmed by front desk and upon reviewing the video of the interaction. Therefore because you tried to fraudulently scam us, we asked you to leave and did not want to conduct any further business with you. Hopefully this clears this matter up for you.
