Elevator has been down for two weeks and the hotel staff never contacted us to let us know that the elevators would not be operating for our stay. We were on the 3rd floor. The fitness center was not open. The attached restaurant was closed for maintenance. The carpeting was ripped out of all of the stairways. Breakfast was very limited options. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff didn’t offer a discount due to lack of amenities either.

The person who checked us in barely said anything - just asked for id and credit card. Then when he was finished checking me in, didn’t tell me my room number, where the elevator was, info about breakfast; literally nothing aside from have a nice day. The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner smelled musty when I turned it on and it made a terrible squeaking noise as well as was just plain LOUD.

Room door was open, pop machine broken, hot tub and pool closed (#1 reason for booking here) No microwave only 3 pillows on a king sized bed. Clerk at desk was not friendly. Room had a very small tv. Won't stay here again. Will be sure to call hotels booked through Expedia to verify that the pool and hot tub are open and not under remodel.

Clean but becoming run down

Place is lacking general maintenance. Our bathroom door was impossible to close and opening was no easier. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and holes in the very outdated desk chair. Wrong cooffee pods for the in room coffee maker. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's just the minor details that are being overlooked.

Hello Shannon thank you for your feed back. We are well aware of the state of the old building and are very happy to say we are working on a full building remodel. Which has gone into effect. We do hope you reach back out and see our changes in the future.
