Chambre usée
Publié le 28 juin 2016 sur HotelsChambre usée à la mode de 1990. Ameublement taché et dévernis.Beaucoup trop de parfum dans la chambre et le corridor. Literie propre. Matelas très confortable.
Les gens à l'accueil sont gentils et accommodants.
Micro-onde, réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Le wi-fi rentre bien.
L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de l'autoroute, mais on ne l'entend pas.
Petit-déjeuner complet et varié.

Adequate for an overnight stay when I was in town for a concert at the Van Andel Arena.
No frills, cheap, no complaints.

Hot Breakfast!

Room definitely didn’t look like the pictures. We had a broken table someone tried to put back together that look horrible.. rooms were very outdated and the old maintenance work like patching on the walls wasn’t painted over. Looked horrible. But the bed was comfortable and was fine overall because we only needed a place to sleep. Looked like a lot of the people lived there.. also had a lot of snow and the sidewalks weren’t shoveled we had to walk through snow almost up to my knees to get in our door. Only to walk in and the heat was turned off which I thought was horrible at the time but like I said the bed was comfortable

It served the purpose of a cheap place to sleep and nothing fancy. The lower reviews were because the bathroom fan was rediculously loud, the bathroom door wouldn’t fit in the jam so it didn’t close. The smell in the room wasn’t bad, it was just odd. Like lemongrass or ginger or something. There was a mysterious stain on end of the bedspread that normally would have had me call the front desk and complain, but I was exhausted and didn’t have energy to deal with it so I checked the sheets and just slept on the other side. That being said, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. There was a protective cover on the mattress. Continental breakfast was basic but a nice gesture and served the purpose. It was quiet and we slept well.
