Tv didnt work, asked for more towels because we only had 2 (for a family of 5) reluctantly was given one extra towel. Pool area was chaos with screaming and yelling until 1:30 in the morning. That made for really great sleeping conditions for a family with young children.

Property is in poor condition. Room cleaned before we got there but you can tell that the rooms are in desperate need of an update. Had that feeling of filth. Bath fan did not work. Exterior door to building broken. Numerous ceiling tiles throughout halls missing. Room doors function poorly. We had a poolside room. If your thinking of peace you won’t have it until after 1100pm, pool area is a free for all. I guess the price reflects what you are getting. We’ve been here a couple times with the family, and numerous snowmobile trips, we won’t be back until the do a makeover. We were there last two years ago and were told they were going to update, they have a new wall going in in the breakfast area, and can pretty much guarantee it’s being done by the Maintance people, not professionals. Disappointed in the hotel. It’s to bad it’s a nice setup for families with children.
