Restauration médiocres pour un établissement de luxe.
Si vous terminez votre repas après 22 heures vous n’aurez plus de dessert .le personnel aura tout enlevé.
INADMISSIBLE !!!!!! Le service n’est pas au rendez-vous.
Au regard des prix je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes
Il vient juste d’ouvrir et nous avons profité du prix d’appel pour un hôtel de cette catégorie
Un peu loin de la ville de chania mais on peut se baigner tout près et manger dans les environs

Hotel buildings is not prepared for bad weather. First day of lightening, thunder and torrential rain, water came through bedroom door. Rang to get towels to stem the flow. Visit to reception and another phone call, two hours or so later, still nothing. Went to reception again. Was told no other rooms available. Managed to get some towels then, told someone will come to clean up/see to problem. Was told several times – no action.
Next morning, went to reception, showed young receptionist pictures. By now there was thick mud outside the door, dirtying our footwear, feet, legs and clothes (from splash back). Slippery. She apologised and said she will send someone. This was the only apology we received the multiple times we spoke to other hotel staff in person/telephone calls. After breakfast, we could see some attempt had been made to clear the mud. A groundsman arrived and said he doesn’t what to do. He had a conversation with a couple of hotel staff who was working on a nearby room to sort something out. Some boarding was subsequently placed over the now muddy pool of water.
Weather affected the hotel lobby (towels placed around floor areas), outside bar was slippery.
When we arrived, we were told we were upgraded from garden room to sea view. However, the main view is a building. Felt downgraded. We made the mistake of not asking questions before accepting the 'upgraded' room.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Isla Brown Chania! The staff is warm and welcoming, the environment and views are stunning. I got some spa treatments and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Book your vacation for next season, don’t hesitate. Yes, if you want to see Crete, you’ll need a car- but we loved driving and there are many wonderful places to stop and visit if you have the flexibility of a car. And we enjoyed not being in the busy town on many days. We couldn’t have been happier with our entire stay and will never forget this trip. Thank you Isla Brown!!

We used this hotel as a stop over for a pending flight. The room and pool were excellent though there was only a buffet for an evening meal. Would recommend

Las instalaciones del hotel, las hamacas de la piscina, el gym y las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. El comedor y el personal muy buenos tambien. Solo faltaba por decir algo el aguacate. El parking se llena rapido y lo peor es la carretera para llegar. Por lo demas una estancia muy buena y placentera.Te ponen una botella de vino y agua embotellada todos los días.

Nice stay, but a bit too far away from Chania
Publié le 13 sept. 2023 sur HotelsVery nice hotel with comfy rooms and delicious breakfast. Pool area also nice. However, the hotel is located on the countryside with the pros and cons from such location. It is far away from party, busy traffic and noise. On the orker hand, it takes 40 minutes with bus to Chania. Unless you want to spend +25€ each way in taxi (which brings you there in 25 minutes each way). Limited dining options nearby, but we dined at Mitsos BBQ one evening, and would recommend that. All in all, a very nice hotel, but if you want to dine and take a stroll in Chania, you might consider a hotel closer to the city.
