Qualité du service et de l'hébergement, surtout le service all inclusive varié et adapté.
La plage (bord de mer) à 5 minutes qui ne semble pas faire partie de l'hôtel

Un 5 étoiles qui n’en ai pas un. Chambre familiale spacieuse. La plage est en dehors de l’hôtel (200m) et petite. Après l’hôtel est dans un petit centre ville donc agréable et bien situé sur L’île si vous loué une voiture (ce qui est obligatoire).un constat mitigé dans un hôtel vieillissant

Etablissement très propre, belle chambre, hôtel calme et à dimension humaine (pas besoin de faire la queue au restaurant ou de se battre pur des transats à la piscine par exemple). Mais par dessus tout, un personnel extraordinaire, souriant, efficace, discret, classe, à l'écoute, ils sont juste parfaits

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone in one of the local buses. The lady at the reception called the bus company for me and made arrangements to retrieve my iphone. The following day in the morning I got my phone back. Also, at the bar Spros and George were both knowledgeable and entertaining that we really had good time. The facility was alright for us. The food was good. The one disappointment was that we thought the resort had its own beach access. They did not. You had to walk 5 minutes to the beach and pay 20€ for beach seats and umbrella. The pictures were a bit misleading. Otherwise we had good time there.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Both the staff and facilities were exceptional, demonstrating great attention to detail and consideration for our children's needs and preferences. The hotel is thoughtfully designed to cater to families, and we would definitely book here again if we return to Rhodes.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic. The room was cleaned daily, but there was an issue with the fridge - it smelt and flies kept appearing which was horrible.

Nice resort, amazing staff.
Publié le 21 sept. 2022 sur HotelsWe spent 5 days with the family in Leonardo including two 5 years old kids. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful everywhere in the resort, specially the ladies at the reception desk, Rena and Tsampika did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. There is a great entertainment team around the pool all day long and a show every night in the bar area. As some other reviewers pointed out the rooms and the restaurant can do better to suit a five star resort, but the overall feeling is so nice that you tend to forgive these shortcomings. We are already planning to come back next year.
