The hotel is in a great location and has all the amenities necessary for a family holiday. Was disappointing that there was absolutely no guest/ customer service. All inclusive is terrible and confusing along with the processes and systems the hotel has. Such a shame for a property that could be amazing. A let down for our family holiday and won’t return in future.

4 night stay

Family resort. feels like 1000's of people there. Crowded. If that does not bother you, ok place. Noise at night from pool or karioki irritating.

Nice hotel, near many attractions

We had a nice stay, the room was clean and breakfast plentiful. My only gripe is with the beach -- the dried seaweed should be cleaned out daily.

Good food, nice rooms can be recommended

The food was good and the rooms were nice and the sunbathing facilities were good IF you managed to get a sun bed. There were just little things that could have been better such as, 2 times we had problems with our room key and needed a new one, we had all inclusive and should have beennable to have soup when arriving late, but that wasn’t so. The map of the property is not very discriptive.etc. But all in all, a nice place to stay

Don’t stay here

The rooms were dirty , doesn’t look anyrhing like the pictures. Staff are extremely rude. It feels like 3 star not 5 star.
