Does not have an elevator so it was hard on my husband that has a breathing issue

Lack of towels for 3 adult, two bath for three adults? Come on. My keycard was turned off at 9am on checkout day and I had to go to desk to finish loading my car. Checkout is 11am. Very frustrating.
