Front desk staff were friendly and gave all important information upon check in. Nice stay. Hot tub and pool area were very clean. Room was clean. In first floor by lobby and was nervous it’d be loud, but was not. Slept well. I recommend.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool that was actually warm and not freezing. Clean. Nice staff. Only downside was kids running and screaming up and down the halls at 10pm but thats a parenting issue not the hotel.

Ok but expensive for what u get

Price is extremely high over 165 a night for a similiar motel 23 miles away in grand rapids for a cost of 65 to 85 nothing special in room and moat channels on tv have no sound like fox news can see it but not here channel and many others they are aware of problem and are not fixing it. Basically a comfort Inn for cost of a marriot

Family event stay
Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when we have come to Greenville to visit our family in the area. Unfortunately this visit was for the funeral of my Grandpa and when we stopped to check on an early check-in so we could get changed for the visitation we were able to check in early with no problems. The hotel is very clean, always inviting, and our first pick when in the area. We will continue to is this hotel on future visits!

Check in was a breeze, handled very professionally and quickly. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was nicely maintained and very inviting.
