The indoor pool was not heated nor were there any towels available, had to go to the front desk to request them to be refilled. Very dated rooms!

Staying here again

Front desk staff were very friendly. Lobby area very clean. Hotel room was clean and bed VERY COMFORTABLE

Upon arrival, the smell of cigarettes filled the air, However the staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in and going to the room hallways, I noticed the ceilings were very low, I’d imagine anyone over 6’ would have to lean forward. The property was dirty, there were no toiletries to speak of in the bathroom, the mini fridge was not only cooling but had hot air coming from it, and the bathroom hair dryer was broken. I was told at check in they had a heated pool. When visiting the pool area, the enclosed room was freezing. The AC was blowing and everyone there was talking about how cold it was and we’re leaving. People had on heavy coats by the pool. The pool water was also cold, like a cold bath water. The smell of chlorine was SO strong and the water was so foggy that you couldn’t see under. The fitness center had a glassed window separating the pool from it, so the people in there were watching everyone in the pool. Not the safest feeling, back to the room and the key fob stopped working. After a couple dozen tries, I was able to open the door. Upon my arrival I overheard another guest having issues with their key fob and had a replacement assigned. Even parking was inconvenient, on a hill and no trolley was offered. With so many options in Greenville, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Couples perfect trip

My husband and I went for a quick weekend away. We love the convenience of having Ruth's Chris steakhouse right next to/ connected to the hotel

The staff was very pleasant. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. We received our keys and breakfast passes for each morning. When we didn't want to leave the room the housekeeper just handed us fresh towels and took our used ones with no hesitation. There are lots of eating and shopping options less than 15 minutes away.
