The Capsule Will hotel was a lovely experience overall. I’d say the property could of been better managed. The doors around the area were loose, the lockers weren’t active, and the door to my room didn’t lock. The only safety I felt was when I had my stuff locked in my capsule. Also, when taking a shower there’s only cold water without a curtain. Service is nice and convenient but to get in you must notify the staff each time. Not recommended to go out at night as it may take a while to be let back into the hotel. Overall I’d say the capsules were a different experience to go through. Definitely worth checking out to experience a unique stay.

Interesting experience could be cleaner
Posted Jan. 15, 2022 on HotelsThe capsule is cool. But the shower was cold. Also my bed had other hair on it. Was not clean. Otherwise the capsule experience is worth trying.
