Another spectacular week!

This was our 11 year staying at Marbella, and our second year in this unit. The unit is absolutely beautiful, and the views are amazing. Martha is wonderful to work with. She is very attentive. Whenever I had a question, she answered promptly. She is a pleasure to work with.

Great Views

The location is easy to find and the views of the ocean are fantastic. If we had any issues the property manager would handle them promptly. Like getting additional drinking water and getting the hot water heater turned on. The property was very clean and we loved the ocean and swimming in the ocean. The views of the sunset are marvelous.

Not the condo in the photo

In the listing the photo shows a white jacuzzi in a different location than the broken blue jacuzzi in my unit. The host was notified about the defective jacuzzi said someone would be out, yet no-one ever came. Starting at 8:30am-3:30pm Mon and which went on daily thru Wed workers at the pool were using power tools on the deck below our unit. They were cutting thick deck tiles. In the penthouse you could not hear yourself think. Sleeping late, forget it...so much for peace and quiet. It was SO noisy we ended up leaving the location 2 days early. The smell from the Sargassum seaweed is nauseating. To get to the water you need to walk through over a meter of Sargassum. The kitchen appliances were covered with grease and gross. The area Juan Dolio is very desolate, with very, very few places for dinner, and even fewer for breakfast. Car from SDQ to Juan Dolio was about $100 US Not even close to what we expected.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that the apartment you rented is the same as the one depicted in the pictures on VRBO. The only difference is that the Jacuzzi has been painted in a darker blue. Additionally, the apartment was freshly cleaned before your arrival and our cleaning service was at your disposal throughout your stay. We also ensured that there was open communication with the host and that our maintenance team was on hand to assist you with any issues you may have had. They even went upstairs to show you how to use the Jacuzzi, and we were pleased to hear that your wife enjoyed the experience, as she shared pictures of herself happily using it. Regarding the smell, we would like to clarify that our beachfront property is situated in the Dominican Republic and therefore has the distinct scent of the ocean breeze. We apologize if this was not to your liking, but many of our clients appreciate this unique aspect of our location. We understand that we were not able to meet your expectations on this occasion, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and exceed your expectations. In regards to taxi service if you would’ve reached out to me we would provide Information on taxi drivers at a cheaper rate Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. Martha was a great host ensuring everything was perfect and smooth. The PH was tastefully decorated and large. We enjoyed our stay and will rent there again.

I have no words to express how incredibly beautiful this place is. Martha was the best; always texting us and making sure we were okay. worth every penny. Maravilloso.
