Had tickets to Neptune Theatre and this was just a 5 min walk down the street from where we were staying.

Very clean and staff were friendly. Close to Scotia Bank Centre and downtown Restaurants. Price was very affordable!

The property was well maintained as were the grounds. Be very careful in the underground parking as it is very tight with some rather small turns etc. I received some very lacklustre service from the front desk staff when checking out and was billed more than the room rate I was quoted on the site, which they then refused to refund to me.
