This place was really great, and the staff is incredible. Walking distance from the cathedral and tons of restaurants, cafes and bars. We stayed in the suite which was so great.

All the staff were amazing but particular mention must go to Leo and Minh on reception who were so helpful. A great hotel in the perfect location for exploring Hanoi - would highly recommend

Great hotel for exploring Hanoi
Posted Feb. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe team were brilliant and really helpful. They organised my transfer to and from the airport, which was a great help. Especially as my flight was extremely delayed.
The hotel is in a great location and central to all the main parts you want to explore.
The room was a really good size and the bed was extremely comfortable, best sleep I've had in Vietnam. The room was cleaned daily and the fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.
Breakfast is good, with your egg station and selection of eastern and western dishes.

Hotel Location is great however room is noisy can easily hear people talking from next room , karaoke bar make horrible noise until 1 am , shower curtain useless keep flooding the whole floor every time shower on.
