The staff members (receptionists, doormen, bellmen, kitchen crew) were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
Breakfast selection was good.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, and everything else in between. Everything is in walking distance.
Overall, we were satisfied staying at GM Premium Hotel. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel.

Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HotelsThis was a freshly renovated hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Very safe to walk in the area day and night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and staff were accommodating if you needed something. Staff gave us all kinds of directions and tips and even put us in touch with a free walking tour done by a university student trying to learn English ( free, though we definitely gave her a tip at the end). It made the area much more interesting for us and hopefully helped her too. The staff were what made it a 5-star experience! Would certainly stay there again.

The staff were the highlight - so polite and helpful!! Big thanks to Eugene and Vivian in particular for their recommendations and wonderful customer service. Breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a delight, and you can’t beat the location, which was in the thick of Old Quarter near lots of food and shopping and the lake, but very quiet at night for sleeping even during the lunar new year celebrations.
