Personnel aux petits soins. Excellent buffet petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Tres bel établissement que je recommande meme un peu ancien.

Hotel très confortable, et très propre. Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel. Je recommande cet hotel pour deplacement professionnel ou personnel.
La qualité des repas dan sles différents restaurants est très bonne.
SPA très bien aussi.

Hotel quite old ( AC not working in the room , toilet impossible to close in the ground floor . Swimming area just in concrete etc )
Service ok , food ok . Nice jap restaurant

loved staying here. great service and if you want to be left alone (like i do) they are happy to oblige. the pool was great - not crowded, big enough for a hotel to do some exercise, often not a lot of people and when there are, they are all respectful.
location is perfect - you can walk to the Old Quarter and French Quarter but it's not really in the thick of things. for those who are walkers, this hotel is perfect - just far enough to be away from the tourist traps and be able to eat in a real local restaurant, close enough to walk to tourist attractions in maybe 20 or 25 min.

Excellent hôtel
Publié le 13 janv. 2016 sur HotelsTrès bon hôtel. Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et toujours prêt à vous aider. Bien placé, près de la "Thong Nhat Park" et Hanoi Railway Station. Très propre avec un petit déjeuner et une qualité restauration.
Belle piscine très agréable avec un repas et boisson service effectif.
Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien, mais rapport qualité/prix moyen.

Publié le 19 août 2015 sur HotelsExcellent hôtel malgré une salle de bain et une piscine vraiment vieillottes. Très bien placé avec un service de taxis au top. Sur neuf jours, nous n'avons pas trouvé un seul membre du personnel fatigué ou désagréable, une exception mondiale ! Nous y retournerons.
