Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Ha Noi, confort impeccable, service attentif et courtois.
Nous avons eu les suites Méritel qui donne sur la rue, la porte-patio offre un bon niveau d'insonorisation mais on entend quand même les klaxons venant de la rue: cela ne m'a pas dérangé car j'utilisait les bouchons pour dormir mais avis aux gens qui sont très sensibles au bruit. J'ai donné un 4 étoiles à la propreté car le plancher de ma chambre n'a pas été bien nettoyé au check-in (trace de boue) sinon , le reste (literie et salle de bain ) était impeccable .
Hôtel à recommander pour votre séjour à Ha Noi.

Nice hotel. We had a gods stay. Nice welcome and free late check out up to 12pm for everybody. they charge you fif ty up to 5pm even though it says on hotel.com that for gold member the late check out is free.

Bel hôtel et bon emplacement. Je logeais dans une chambre séparée par une porte d'une autre chambre (qui peut se transformer en suite) : problème concernant la mauvaise insonorisation. Bel espace de fitness et très belle piscine sur le toit. Personnel très attentif. Je recommande.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location
Publié le 14 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis was our first trip to Hanoi and Meritel Hanoi exceeded our expectations. From constant communications by the reservation desk to any request during our stay. The location is ideal in Old Quarter walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast buffet is amazing with traditional dishes such as pho, spring rolls and bah mi. I choose this hotel because it was new and had Indochina decor, which was beautiful. The room we had was on the 7th floor, so high enough from the traffic noice, and had a balcony (Meritel Suite). Note - not all rooms have a window. They even spoilt us on our wedding anniversary. Worth the stay!
