Decent hotel, good roooms, bathrooms a big No!

The hotel as such was great, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The room was good too - pretty big and had all the facilities. The bathrooms definitely need a redesign. The shower area was a bath tub and the water spills all around it making it extremely slippery and dirty. The water from the taps and shower smelled like drainage water!! The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more attentively.

We are from Massachusetts , USA . This is our first vacation to Hanoi .Hotel is nice and clean . Breakfast is free but delicious . Good location in old town of Hanoi . We are happy to stay in this hotel and visit many places in Hanoi

Amazing and friendly staff. Very attentive and informative! Very clean and Highly recommend. Recommend getting a room with a view because the ones that don’t can get kind of depressing with no day light.

Lovely little hotel tucked away in a little Hanoi street, we were made really welcome and the room was lovely, no window in the room but really didn’t make a difference, we heard no noise at all from the street, which was a very busy street with lots of traffic, breakfast was lovely with plenty of options, beds really comfortable and staff were really nice and helpful 😆
