Tout est excellent sauf les vins du club lounge dont la gamme n'a rien à voir avec un établissement de ce niveau

Bel hotel à Hanoi

Hotel très bien placé et mérite ces 5 étoiles. Les services sont impeccables et professionnels. Il manque juste un peu de confort au niveau du salon et un agencement trop cloisonné.

Bonnes prestations pour cette hôtel. Insonorisation entre chambres et couloir regrettablement inexistant. Petit déjeuné varié avec bon service. Emplacement intéressant depuis l aéroport et à courte distance des premiers sites historiques.
