Unforgettable Stay at Sofitel Legend Metropole, Ha
Publié le 29 juill. 2023 sur HotelsWow, what an amazing time we had at the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Hanoi! They were doing some touch-ups on the historical side of the hotel, but it didn't dampen our experience one bit. The historical vibe of the place is really charming and adds a special feel to the whole stay.
But what really took our experience from good to great were the people who work there. Whether we were dining in the restaurant, relaxing by the pool, using the gym, or just asking the concierge for recommendations, the staff was always super professional and friendly. The housekeeping was also top-notch.
If you're thinking of visiting Hanoi, we'd totally recommend the Sofitel Legend Metropole. We had a stellar stay and wouldn't think twice about giving it a solid five stars. Thumbs up to the team there for their hard work and making us feel so welcome!

Ready to answer every request. I appreciated people of Angelina Bar & Restaurant . They are amazing, friendly, lovely team , well trained people. I enjoyed having a few minutes at morning breakfast with Van and her amazing team . Many thanks to ladies at the welcome lobby, you all made my stay fantastic.

Van the restaurant manager and her team are wonderful people. You will never feel alone being with Van and her amazing team. The Angelina so cool. At the arrival if you change to see Hoa ! She is an Angel ! So nice respectful. The front desk always ready to help . Son the limousine driver good man . My conclusion is that this Hotel must have 6 stars. ******. Everything is amazing !!! Book your flight for Sofitel Legend Metropole as soon as possible. Mr Zongo. Geneva.

Lieu parfait au coeur d'Hanoï

D'autant que l'hôtel est lui-même un motif de visite. Si vous vous inscrivez, il est possible de profiter chaque jour à 17h d'une visite des lieux et de leur histoire, ainsi que du bunker qui a récemment été retrouvé après des années d'oubli, impressionnant.

Le SERVICE !!!!!! Wow! Je n’ai jamais ouvert une porte de mon séjour. À notre arrivée, notre majordome nous a fait un tour de l’hôtel et nous sommes allés directement à notre chambre pour faire le check-in. Cet hôtel est situé dans le vieux quartier et près de tout . Nous avons fait un tour de ville d’une heure en vieille Citroen. Juste pour nous mettre dans l’ambiance de la ville... Ouf la circulation!
C’est incroyable. Nous avions la chambre premium club. Déjeuner, collation en pm, le soir boisson vin et buffet léger , qui peut être suffisant après les journées exténuantes!! Tout est parfait. Séjour inoubliable.

Seul bémol, je trove que le restaurant Français mériterait un cadre plus haut de gamme et une cuisine de meilleur niveau. Tout le reste est parfait sans aucun doute un des meilleurs Hotels du sud est asiatique
